Examples of international events held at the Academy online and offline: The international strategy of the Academy follows the goals outlined in the Bologna agreement and the documents of the Association of European conservatories (AEC) (Erasmus+ programme), of which the Gnesins RAM is a member. One of the main objectives of the Bologna process is the development of mobility of students and teachers for the effective implementation of free movement principle. In this regard, the Academy conducts an active dialogue with universities in Europe, Asia and America, takes part in international projects aimed at improving the quality of educational programs, enhancing the international prestige of the Academy and it’s promotion in the international market of educational services. The list of foreign partners of the Gnesins RAM includes numerous educational institutions within the framework of bilateral agreements on cooperation, including short-term exchanges of teachers and students, during which participants have opportunities to conduct or attend master classes at a partner university. Participation of students in academic mobility programmes is regulated by the local normative act published on the official website: “Regulations on the organization of international academic mobility of students”. Students are informed about participation in academic mobility programs through the website of the Academy, which contains a list of partner conservatories of the Academy and step-by-step instructions for participation in the exchange programs. In addition, the information is distributed during personal consultations with interested students conducted by the staff of the Department of international relations and creative projects. Informing foreign students about possibilities of studying at the Academy in the framework of the academic mobility program takes place through international coordinators of partner universities: in person – during meetings organized by the Association of European Conservatories, as well as by e-mail after receiving a request. Education, training, youth and sport can make a major contribution to help tackle socio-economic changes, the key challenges that Europe will be facing until the end of the decade and to support the implementation of the European policy agenda for growth, jobs, equity and social inclusion. Erasmus+ Programme implements the following Actions: This Key Action supports: This Key Action supports: country-specific and thematic analysis, including through cooperation with academic networks; peer learning and peer reviews through the Open Methods of Coordination in education, training and youth. The Jean Monnet Activities will support: Academic Modules, Chairs, Centres of Excellence in order to deepen teaching in European integration studies embodied in an official curriculum of a higher education institution, as well as to conduct, monitor and supervise research on EU content, also for other educational levels such as teacher training and compulsory education. These Actions are also intended to provide in-depth teaching on European integration matters for future professionals in fields which are in increasing demand on the labour market, and at the same time aim at encouraging, advising and mentoring the young generation of teachers and researchers in European integration subject areas; Policy debate with academic world, supported through: The Jean Monnet Activities also provide operating grants to designated institutions which pursue an aim of European interest and organises Studies and conferences with the purpose of providing policy-makers with new insights and concrete suggestions.
