During the meeting, representatives of the two leading music universities discussed prospects for bilateral cooperation in three key areas: scientific research, creative work, and education. The meeting was filled with a constructive and friendly atmosphere, reflecting the dynamics of the Cross Years of Cooperation in Education between Russia and China.
Particular attention was paid to the recently established Research and Creative Center for the Study of Russian-Chinese Musical Relations at the Academy. Orzu Nurulloeva presented the center's goals, objectives, and current activities in detail in Chinese, emphasizing its role as a unique platform for academic and cultural dialogue.
In a conversation with Tatiana Naumenko, the Chinese leadership highly appreciated the importance of developing scientific connections between the universities. An agreement was reached to appoint responsible coordinators from both sides to implement joint research projects. Further interaction in the field of creative projects was also discussed: conducting international master-classes, participation in festivals and concerts. Mr. Qin Wenchen confirmed his commitment to further strengthening the already established creative and educational exchanges.
This visit, organized by the Department of international cooperation of the Gnesin Russian Academy of Music, marks a new stage in the fruitful cooperation between the two universities, which makes a significant contribution to deepening humanitarian connections between Russia and China. The parties expressed confidence in the successful implementation of the outlined plans and agreed on further practical steps.
During the working visit, Daria Rodionova gave a lecture for students of the Music Management Department of the Central Conservatory of Music and also discussed prospects for interaction between the Russian and Chinese departments, as well as the possibility of faculty exchange, with the Head of the Music Management Department of the Central Conservatory of Music, Mr. Chang Qing.
On one of the days of the trip, Daria Rodionova and Tatiana Sapegina visited the Tianjin Conservatory of Music to sign a cooperation agreement. Present at the meeting were Vice President of the conservatory Bao Yang and Head of the International Department Chen Lin. The parties' plans include faculty exchange, participation in festivals and concerts, and conducting international creative schools for Chinese students. Students of the Music Management Department in Tianjin were also able to attend a lecture by Daria Rodionova.
