On June 9, Professor Ilona Ananyina (soprano) and Alexei Vaker (piano) performed at the Permanent Mission of Russia to the UN in Geneva. The program featured vocal music by Mikhail Glinka, Alexander Dargomyzhsky, and Pyotr Tchaikovsky, as well as piano works by Alexander Griboyedov, Frederic Chopin, and Sergei Rachmaninoff.
On June 11, the Gnesin musicians participated in a concert at a reception held at the Permanent Mission in honor of the Day of Russia. The guests included representatives of international organizations and diplomats from different countries.
