She was born on 20 January 1984 in Moscow.
In 1999 she graduated from Moscow Children’s Music School No. 1 named after S. S. Prokofiev, and in 2003 completed her studies with distinction at the Gnesin State Music College in the class of Honoured Cultural Worker L. G. Vernigora.
From 2004 to 2010 she studied at the Gnesin Russian Academy of Music in the class of People’s Artist of Russia V. M. Trushin and Honoured Artist of Russia N. B. Kondrashin; in chamber ensemble with Honoured Higher School Worker, Professor T. N. Tarnavskaya, and in string quartet with Honoured Artist of Russia, Professor E. I. Ozol.
From 2013 to 2015 she continued her studies in the Master’s programme at the Gnesin Russian Academy of Music (class of People’s Artist of Russia V. M. Trushin).
During her studies she became a laureate of several international competitions as member of a string quartet and chamber ensemble, including «Art of the 21st Century» (Vorzel, Ukraine; Klaipėda, Lithuania), «300 Years of the Piano» (Ruza) and others.
From 2004 to 2016 she took part in summer festivals and training programmes for orchestral and chamber musicians in Germany, working with conductors such as Klaus Arp, Hermann Bäumer, Wolfgang Gönnenwein, Charles Olivieri‑Munroe and others. As principal violist of the Youth Symphony Orchestra she made several CD recordings for Bavarian Radio, including Schubert’s «Unfinished» Symphony, Strauss’s «Don Juan» and «Alpine Symphony», and symphonies by Gustav Mahler.
Since 2004 she has taught in the String Department of the Gnesin Music College (viola as principal instrument, string quartet, and instrumental teaching methodology). During this time she has completed in‑service training in «Fundamentals of Conducting and Working with Orchestral Sections» (class of Honoured Artist of Russia V. V. Lutsenko).
Since 2011 she has taught in the Violin and Viola Department of the Gnesin Russian Academy of Music.
Her students have won prizes at various competitions, both as soloists and as members of string quartets.
She regularly serves on juries of different competitions and was the organiser of the 1st Moscow Festival for Young Performers «The Viola Sounds» (2019).
She is the author of several publications, including an article for the International Forum «Intercultural Communication in an Economic Crisis» at the Dnipropetrovsk University of Economics and Law; a co‑authored anthology «Violin Etudes for Students of Music Universities» with O. O. Tikhonova; and an introductory article to the collection «Selected Caprices for Solo Violin by H. Wieniawski in the Special Instrument Course (anthology)» (ed. D. Khakhamov). From 2017 to 2020 she published several collections of arrangements and adaptations for viola ensemble.
Each year she gives open lessons and masterclasses within cooperation programmes between the Gnesin Russian Academy of Music and Esmuc Conservatory (Barcelona, Spain), the Conservatory of Cannes (France), the LUCA School of Arts in Leuven (Belgium), the Conservatory of Lima (Peru) and within Rossotrudnichestvo projects in Belgrade (Serbia) and Vienna (Austria).
She is the author of the concert‑lecture project «Three Portraits», which has been held regularly since 2016 on the stage of the Music Salon of the Shuvalova House at the Gnesin Russian Academy of Music.
