Performer (accordion), conductor, teacher. Honoured Artist of the Moscow Region (2021).
He was born on 10 November 1988 in Bobruisk, Mogilev Region. In 2007 he graduated from the First Moscow Regional Music College (accordion class of A. V. Cherkasov), in 2012 from the Gnesin Russian Academy of Music (accordion class of Associate Professor O. N. Gaponov, conducting class of Professor B. S. Voron), and in 2015 from the assistant traineeship there under Professor F. R. Lips, People’s Artist of Russia. He is a laureate of all‑Russian and international competitions both as accordionist and as conductor.
Since 2007 he has been a soloist of the Kolomna Philharmonic.
Since 2008 he has been a soloist, and since 2016 Artistic Director and Chief Conductor of the folk instrument orchestra Melodies of Russia of the Stupino Philharmonic in the Moscow Region.
After graduating from the Gnesin Russian Academy of Music he toured in Poland, Germany, Sweden, Norway, Italy, Spain, Lithuania and Belarus. He performs concert programmes in many Russian cities, including Moscow, Krasnoyarsk, Oryol, Tula, Rostov‑on‑Don, Anapa, Kurgan, Yevpatoria, Lipetsk, Khabarovsk, Yekaterinburg, Ivanovo, Petropavlovsk‑Kamchatsky, Sevastopol and towns of the Moscow Region.
He serves annually on the juries of regional, provincial and international competitions and gives masterclasses.
Since 2017 he has taught accordion at the Gnesin Music College.
Since 2024 he has been a member of the Bayan and Accordion Department teaching staff at the Gnesin Russian Academy of Music.
During his work at the Gnesin Music College, students from his class have repeatedly become laureates and prize‑winners of regional, all‑Russian and international competitions.
Many of his graduates have continued their studies at universities in Russia, including the Gnesin Russian Academy of Music.
In 2021 the Governor of the Moscow Region awarded A. V. Sysoyev the honorary title Honoured Artist of the Moscow Region.
