Biography

He is a sound engineer at the Tchaikovsky Moscow State Conservatory and a lecturer in the Department of Music Sound Engineering at the Gnesin Russian Academy of Music.

He has recorded several hundred CDs, including releases for leading Russian and international labels such as Melodiya, Naxos, Brilliant Classics, Etcetera Records, Hänssler Classic, Divine Art, Moscow Conservatory Records, SoLyd Records, Cristal Records, and others.

He has also engineered the recording and mixing of music for dozens of feature films, documentaries, and television series.

He works with many Russian and international television and radio companies, including Kultura, Rossiya 1, Channel One, Mezzo, Arte, and Orpheus, as well as in concert halls and theatres across Russia, Austria, France, Germany, the Czech Republic, Poland, and other countries.

He collaborates with numerous orchestras, ensembles, conductors, and soloists, among them Vladimir Jurowski, Teodor Currentzis, Valentin Uryupin, Nikolai Lugansky, Alexei Lyubimov, Vadym Kholodenko, Lukas Geniušas, Andrei Korobeinikov, Dmitry Sitkovetsky, Alena Baeva, Dmitry Kogan, Tatiana Samuil, Ivan Pochekin, Alexander Rudin, Alexander Ramm, Pavel Gomzyakov, Sergei Antonov, and many others.

He is a laureate of the International Award for the Best Recording of Russian Academic Music «Pure Sound» (2021):

  • Chamber Vocal Music category – First Prize;
  • Chamber Instrumental Music, Ensemble category – First Prize;
  • Chamber Instrumental Music, Solo category – First Prize;
  • Mixed category – Third Prize.
