In 2015 she graduated from the Kutafin Moscow State Law University with a degree in Jurisprudence; her diploma thesis was entitled «Electoral Commissions in the Mechanism of the Russian State».
As part of her legal studies she undertook an internship in 2013 in the Supreme Council of the Republic of Khakassia (Committee on Constitutional Legislation, State Building, Law, and Order).
From 2014 to 2015 she completed an internship at the Central Election Commission of the Russian Federation.
From 2013 to 2020 she studied at the Gnesin Russian Academy of Music in the programme Vocal Art, specialising in Academic Singing; her Master’s thesis was entitled «Interpretation of Baroque Music in the Art of Irina Arkhipova».
Since 2021 she has been a doctoral candidate in the speciality 17.00.02 «Musical Art».
She has worked at the Academy since 2017 and, since 2019, has taught in the Department of Music‑Art Management.
K. V. Shulekina coordinates the project activities of the Department.
During her time at the Academy she has organised a number of creative meetings and masterclasses, including:
- a series of lectures on intellectual property law (lecturer: Patent.Lab partner Karen Musaelyan);
- a lecture on Management in Folk Music: Specifics of Promotion in Contemporary Culture (lecturer: Vladimir Devyatov);
- a creative meeting with Maria Semushkina, President of the Usadba‑Jazz Festival, «Usadba‑Jazz Festival: A Success Story»;
- a lecture «Who Is a Manager? What Is Their Main Task?» (lecturer: Zoya Skobeltsyna);
- a creative meeting with Natalia Ignatenko, «Management in Opera: Discovering and Developing Young Opera Singers»;
- an open lecture «Specifics of Producing Blogger‑Artists» (lecturers: Kirill Didenok, Vladislav Dengin);
- an open lecture «The Psyche and Music: A Harmonious Partnership» (lecturer: Viktoria Chitlova).
In 2021 she became Head of the Office for Visa and Migration Support for International Students and Further Education.
Her professional interests include:
- intellectual property law in the context of music‑management practice;
- constitutional law;
- the art of opera.
