Mariya A. Oselkova

She was born in 1983 into a family of musicians.

She graduated from the L. V. Sobinov Yaroslavl Music College in 2002 and the Gnesin Russian Academy of Music in 2008, and in 2014 completed the assistant traineeship in «The Art of the Accompanist» under Professor E. E. Strikovskaya at the Gnesin Russian Academy of Music.

She is a 2nd prize laureate of the International Piano Competition in Vicenza (Italy) and holder of a special prize at the International F. Chopin Competition in Dnipro (Ukraine).

For more than fifteen years she has collaborated with vocalists, regularly taking part in international vocal competitions as an accompanist and maintaining an active concert career in Russia and abroad.

She has received numerous awards and diplomas as Best Accompanist.
