2014, collaborative pianist at the Young Artists Opera Program of the Bolshoi Theatre. During the work E. Malashenko prepared operatic roles with soloists for theatre productions, gained extensive performance experience on the stages of the Bolshoi Theatre, and studied foreign languages and vocal phonetics. She also participated in master classes given by leading opera singers, voice teachers, and vocal coaches from Russia, the United States, and Europe.
2016, accompanist in the vocal class of Professor R. Lisitsian (Gnesin Russian Academy of Music).
2019, started working at the Piano Accompaniment Department of the Gnesin Russian Academy. Malashenko’s students have repeatedly become winners at international and national competitions; one of them was admitted to the Young Artists Opera Program of the Bolshoi Theatre.
E. Malashenko maintains an active concert career as an ensemble performer and accompanist, performing in Russia and abroad.
As an expert, she took part in the All-Russian Educational Youth Forum «Tavrida» (Sudak, Crimea, Tavrida Art Cluster) and in the Vocal Department of the International Music Academy of the International Winter Arts Festival (Sochi). She was a pianist for the TV Kultura project «Bolshaya Opera» and participated in Rosconcert’s international cultural and educational projects.
She regularly takes part in cultural and educational projects of the Elena Obraztsova Foundation for the Support of Musical Art and the ArtMasters National Open Championship of Creative Competencies, and works on opera productions at the Zaryadye Moscow Concert Hall.
E. Malashenko combines her concert and teaching activities with research. Her research interests focus on the vocal phonetics of foreign languages. She gives lectures in advanced training courses at the Gnesin Russian Academy of Music and presents papers at international and national conferences.
