Biography

He graduated with distinction from Moscow State Regional University in 2005 and completed postgraduate studies there in 2006, defending a thesis on «The Formation of Russia’s National Market Economy under Conditions of Globalisation».

From 2009 to 2014 he worked as a Senior Research Fellow at the Centre for Science, Education, and Technology Studies of the Institute of Scientific Information on Social Sciences of the Russian Academy of Sciences (INION RAN).

He has taught at the State University of Education (formerly Moscow State Regional University) since 2007, serving as Deputy Dean for Research of the Faculty of Economics from 2015 to 2023 and as Head of the Department of Economics and Entrepreneurship from 2022 to 2023.

He is the author of more than one hundred scholarly and teaching‑methodological publications.

His research interests include the digital transformation of education and the economy, the methodology of economic science, and entrepreneurship.
