Elena G. Kuropatskaya

After completing her education she has worked as a practising lawyer in research organisations and in the notarial system.

Her professional specialisation is civil law.

Main areas of research:

• intellectual property law;
• notarial law and notarial practice;
• family law.

Courses taught:

• intellectual property law;
• the legal profession and notarial practice;
• family law.

She is the author of more than fifty scholarly publications in these fields, including three textbooks and one monograph.

She has published over thirty scholarly articles in journals recognised by the Russian Higher Attestation Commission and in other journals indexed in the Russian Science Citation Index.
