Elizaveta Beketova was born in Pskov.
She received her secondary musical education at the Tver M. P. Mussorgsky Music College (class of T. A. Shlyapnikova).
In 2019, she graduated from the Gnesin Russian Academy of Music, majoring in Piano Performance (class of Professor V. B. Nosina). Her studies also included accompaniment (class of Professor E. E. Strikovskaya) and chamber ensemble (class of Professor E. Yu. Bagrova).
She continued her postgraduate studies (assistantship-internship) at the Department of Accompaniment under the guidance of Professor E. E. Strikovskaya (2019-2021).
In 2021, she entered the PhD program at the Gnesin Russian Academy of Music, specializing in Pedagogy and Methodology (academic supervisor: Head of Department, PhD in Art History V. V. Aleev).
Since 2021, she has been working as a concertmaster at the Opera Studio of the Gnesin Russian Academy of Music, and since 2022, she has served as a concertmaster at the Department of Opera Training at the same institution.
Since 2022, she has been a faculty member at the Department of Accompaniment at the Gnesin Russian Academy of Music.
For nearly a decade, she has collaborated with vocalists, participating in international and national vocal competitions, masterclasses, and theatrical projects as a concertmaster.
She maintains an active career in teaching, performance, and research.
Her research interests focus on the pedagogical legacy of the Gnesin piano school.
