She is Head of the Project Office responsible for implementing the Development Programme within the Gnesin Russian Academy of Music’s participation in the «Priority‑2030» strategic academic leadership initiative.
She holds the civil‑service rank of Referent of the State Civil Service of the Russian Federation, 2nd Class, and is a member of the Guild of Experts in Professional Education.
In 2008 she graduated from the Faculty of Political Science of MGIMO University of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation with a bachelor’s degree in Political Science with a foreign language (English).
In 2010 she completed studies at the Faculty of International Business and Business Administration of MGIMO University under a dual‑degree programme with ICN Business School (Nancy, France), receiving a master’s degree in Management with a foreign language (French).
From 2010 to 2015 she worked at the Federal Agency for the Commonwealth of Independent States Affairs, Compatriots Living Abroad, and International Humanitarian Cooperation (Rossotrudnichestvo). In 2012, during a long‑term secondment to its Representative Office in France, she worked at the Russian Centre of Science and Culture in Paris.
From 2013 to 2015 she headed the Department of Initiative Projects in the Directorate for Humanitarian Cooperation of Rossotrudnichestvo.
Since 2016 she has taught at the Gnesin Russian Academy of Music and has headed the area of educational quality control and management.
From 2016 to 2024 she was Head of the Office for Educational Quality Assurance and Information‑Methodological Support at the Gnesin Russian Academy of Music.
Since 2019 she has been a regular lecturer in the federal project «Creative People» within the national project «Culture».
In 2021 she received a Letter of Appreciation from the Minister of Culture of the Russian Federation Olga B. Lyubimova for her significant contribution to the development of culture and many years of fruitful work.
In 2022 she was awarded a Letter of Appreciation from the Federal Treasury of Russia for her active support of the Treasury’s work in its statutory field of activity.
In 2023 she received an Honorary Certificate from the Federal Treasury of Russia for her active assistance in addressing the tasks entrusted to the Treasury.
Since 2023 she has been a regular lecturer in the «Digital Departments» project, part of the federal project «Development of Human Resources Potential in the IT Sector» within the national programme «Digital Economy of the Russian Federation».
In 2024 she completed a professional retraining programme at the Moscow School of Management «Skolkovo», qualifying in the field of management of higher‑education institutions.
