Musicologist. Teacher. Journalist. Editor.
Born in 1973 in Voronezh, she graduated in 1993 from the Theory Department of the Rostropovich Voronezh College of Music and in 1998 from the Gnesin Russian Academy of Music with a degree in musicology.
She has worked in the media for more than twenty years.
She has collaborated with the magazine PLAY (journalist, deputy editor‑in‑chief), the magazine Night Life of the Capital (editor‑in‑chief), the newspaper Muzykalnoe obozrenie (journalist, deputy editor‑in‑chief), the RBC news agency (journalist, editor), the TV channel Kultura (head of the press relations department), and the radio station Zvezda (managing editor).
Her articles have appeared in the newspapers Novye izvestiya, Rossiyskaya gazeta, Kultura and the magazines The New Times, Car&Music, among other publications.
From 2015 to 2017 she worked as an editor at the Russian National Museum of Music.
Since 2018 she has taught in the Department of Music Journalism at the Gnesin Russian Academy of Music.
